Tracey Hawkins also known as “Tracey, the Safety Lady” is a former real estate agent with over 22 years of experience teaching safety training. Tracey has taught over 3,000 agents in the past 2 years and created the country’s only real estate safety designation with over 400 agents earning it. Additionally, Tracey is the owner of Safety and Security Source. She started her safety and security business in 1995. She a nationally known real estate agent safety expert and resource for the National Association of REALTORS® and a writer for She has also been interviewed as an expert by the Washington Post, CNN, The Today Show, Trulia, Inman News,, DesMoines Register, and KMBC/ABC News affiliate. Furthermore, Tracey is the owner of LinkedIn’s “Real Estate Agent Safety Forum” group where she keeps agents safe with education, safety tips and techniques.
