Mark Saunders is more than a REALTOR®. He is an entrepreneur, an innovator, a writer and an engaging speaker.

Mark Saunders has become known throughout NC as The Technology Broker. He has incorporated an emphasis on digital technology and 21st century communication into his multiple companies.

After graduating from Appalachian State University, Mark Saunders became a full-time REALTOR® in 2005. While working with clients to buy, sell or rent their homes, he realized how important it was for a REALTOR® to stay informed of the latest technology and use the tools available to their best advantage.  Using technology to make the process more user-friendly for the client, while bringing added success to the REALTOR®, became his focus. He has turned that passion for technology into educational seminars for REALTORS®, understanding that by helping others succeed, it will bring greater success to the entire profession.

Mark’s companies
